Agriculture & Horticulture Netting

Our agricultural shade netting, insect netting and bird netting help manage sunlight and protect crops in greenhouses, nurseries, orchards and livestock areas. Choose from different shade rates, mesh sizes, colors, roll sizes and UV-treated materials to suit local growing conditions.

Construction & Environmental Netting

Construction safety netting, scaffold debris netting and dust control netting help contain debris and cover exposed soil or stockpiled materials. Mesh density, weight, color, reinforced edges, eyelets and flame-retardant options can be specified for different project requirements.

Playground, Sports & Landscaping

We supply playground rope netting, climbing nets, sports nets and artificial turf for parks, schools, sports facilities and landscaped spaces. Customers can specify rope structures, mesh sizes, colors, dimensions, edge finishing and connection points for each site.

Camouflage & Outdoor Protection

Camouflage netting, shade sails, tarpaulins, cargo nets and leaf collection nets are available for outdoor leisure, temporary shade, transport and storage. Color, camouflage pattern, dimensions, edge reinforcement, attachment points, labels and export packaging can be customized.

HOW OUR NETTING IS MADE

ORDER REVIEW & MATERIAL SELECTION

We confirm the netting type, mesh size, weight, color, dimensions and application before production, then select suitable polyethylene or polypropylene resin and functional additives for the order.

YARN EXTRUSION

Raw materials are blended with color masterbatch and optional UV or flame-retardant additives. The mixture is heated and extruded into yarn with controlled thickness for the required strength and weight.

NET KNITTING & WEAVING

Prepared yarn is fed into knitting or weaving machines. Operators monitor mesh size, density, width, weight and surface consistency for shade, safety, debris and camouflage netting.

HEAT SETTING CUTTING & EDGE FINISHING

After knitting, the net is heat-set when required, cut to size, and finished with reinforced edges, stitched hems or eyelets according to the approved specification.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Inspectors check material, color, mesh opening, weight, dimensions, workmanship and order-specific performance requirements. Labels, quantities and packing instructions are verified before release.

PACKAGING & EXPORT SHIPMENT

Finished rolls or folded nets are packed in bags, cartons or pallets as specified. We check the final labels and shipping documents before handover to the customer’s forwarder.
